1. I don’t know much about computers! How can I use your software?

6. How the system will be installed?
We will telephone you at your chosen time and send you a link so that we can connect our PC with your PC. We will then install the BlindMatrix system into your system. This entire process will take about 10 to 15 minutes. After that there will be an Induction process that will be carried out by our customer service department and they will guide you in setting up and using the system.

7. How can I save time and money with your system?
By using BlindMatrix you will be able to find customers' information instantly, process orders and payments automatically and get an overview of your business in real-time.
