Case Study 1 - I thought I was too small!!!
One of our customers based in Leicester has 4 employees. After seeing the demonstration, they loved it, but felt they were too small a business to have something like BlindMatrix. They would manually process their orders, quotes, invoices, diary and measurers would take out carbon paper when they went out on a sales call. What they found difficult was the amount of paper work and duplication they produced. For example if they needed to produce a purchase order they had to write out the purchase order and then fax it across to their supplier and when it came to producing quotes or invoices they had to do the same.
